What do I need to bring to my first appointment:

Bring your completed intake paperwork (2 forms) and appropriate counseling questionnaire (1 form). These forms are available here for download, or we can mail them to you. Also bring your insurance card if available and some form of payment. We accept major credit cards, debit cards or personal checks.

 

 

Which insurances does LCEA accept:

Each therapist has individual agreements with varying insurance providers. Please call us to see which therapist are in-network with your insurance.

 

 

What type of payment do you accept:

We accept cash, credit or debit card and checks.

 

 

What times of day can I schedule my appointment?

Each therapist holds unique hours.  In general, we are open late on Tuesdays. Please call to discuss current availability.

 

 

How long is a typical session?

Most sessions last about an hour.

 

 

How much does a session cost? How much will insurance cover?

This is determined by a great number of variables and cannot always be assessed prior to your first visit.
